Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Beauty tools used on skin

  • Personal care items

  • Sale or clearance products

(Unless they arrive damaged or defective.)

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Attach photos/videos for quick verification
    We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is on our side.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error, LINCYS will cover the shipping
